From painting circus themes of clowns, tightrope walkers and
life under the big top. It seemed so natural that the next step in my creative spark would be to create whimsical & truly
unique one-of-a-kind dolls. I began with the circus theme, clowns & jesters and then added witches and wizards, elves,
Santa's, mermaids and my new animal expressions.
As you can see texture is a very important
part of my art. Using a workable fixative while painting builds up layer upon layer of color
and texture creating the depth in my work.
Commissions I
will take your ideas and turn them into a cherished keepsake you will hand down to your loved ones, generation through generation.
Commissions of portraits and dolls are my speciality. This is a challenge I love to work through!
